Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered:\n7+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.\nStrong expertise building RESTful APIs, integrations, and distributed systems using modern software development practices.\nExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, transaction management, automated testing frameworks, and application performance tuning.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills within complex application environments.\nExcellent communication skills and experience working effectively within Agile and cross-functional teams.\nThese will help you stand out:\nExperience within the Cards & Payments domain, including authorization, settlement, fraud prevention, or transaction processing.\nKnowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nExperience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.\nExposure to large-scale digital transformation, modernization, or cloud migration initiatives.\nRelevant certifications in Java, Cloud, Microservices, or related technologies.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
