The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, support, and optimization of MQ-based messaging solutions and Claims applications, ensuring reliable enterprise integration, scalability, and compliance while partnering with onsite and offshore teams.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement technical solutions for Claims applications by transforming business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant mainframe systems.\nDesign, develop, test, debug, and maintain mainframe Claims applications using CICS, and MQ.\nCollaborate with business analysts, QA teams, project managers, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore team members and coordinate onsite-offshore activities.\nServe as a key point of contact for technical issue resolution.\nTroubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.\nConduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices.\nSupport SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong experience with mainframe technologies, including CICS, and MQ.\nExperience with Healthcare Claims Adjudication processes and related business workflows.\nStrong understanding of code migration and release management processes.\nExperience with package creation and code promotion across Development, Test, QA, and Production environments.\nKnowledge of post-deployment validation and backout procedures.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and offshore development teams.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.\nStrong ability to collaborate effectively with business stake holders and offshore development team.\nWhy Apply?\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
