Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nImportant Disclaimer:\n**Please note: A few of our roles may require in-person interviews at Cognizant offices or client locations, depending on project or client needs.**\n**Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future**\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable native iOS applications using Swift and established mobile architecture patterns.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements, recommend effective solutions, and lead technical conversations with program managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders.\nBuild high-quality application features by following industry coding standards and creating unit tests that meet or exceed project coverage requirements.\nSupport the end-to-end delivery of application features, ensuring they are successfully tested, deployed to production, and maintained.\nImplement appropriate application monitoring solutions based on client and project requirements.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including application designs and service specifications, while guiding developers in preparing functional and technical specifications.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n6 to 8 years of professional experience developing native iOS applications.\nStrong proficiency in Swift and the native iOS development ecosystem.\nHands-on experience applying MVC and/or MVVM architecture patterns.\nExperience developing unit tests and delivering code that meets defined quality and coverage standards.\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience developing applications with Objective-C.\nExperience implementing application monitoring and production-support solutions.\nExperience creating technical designs, service specifications, and other application documentation.\nExperience mentoring developers or providing guidance on functional and technical specifications.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
