You will collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Design scalable application components using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework, with a focus on long-term maintainability.\n· Develop high-quality backend services and APIs that support complex business workflows and reliable data processing.\n· Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to support application build, deployment, and release activities.\n· Participate in production release activities, including release-night support, and troubleshoot deployment issues.\n· Monitor Azure logs, manage system alerts, and configure new alerts when required.\n· Collaborate with stakeholders supporting absence management and insurance projects to ensure application features accurately reflect business rules and compliance requirements.\n· Promote knowledge sharing by explaining technical concepts clearly and mentoring less-experienced engineers on .NET development practices.\nWork model:\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
