Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET microservices.\nCreate and maintain database components using MongoDB.\nDevelop and support Microsoft Azure components, including Azure App Service and Azure Kubernetes Service.\nWrite clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code by following established engineering standards and best practices.\nConduct code reviews and help ensure solutions meet quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application performance issues, system failures, and compatibility concerns across supported environments.\nApply appropriate software design patterns when developing and enhancing solutions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nFive or more years of professional software development experience with .NET microservices.\nStrong proficiency in designing and developing applications with MongoDB.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Service and Azure Kubernetes Service.\nExperience designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications.\nSolid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and development best practices.\nExperience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nExperience performing code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving application performance.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in an Agile software development environment.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience with graph databases, particularly Neo4j.\nKnowledge of containerized application development and Kubernetes-based deployments.\nExperience supporting distributed systems or cloud-native microservices.\nFamiliarity with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization in Azure environments.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The base salary for this position ranges between CAD $60,000 and CAD $95,000 per year.
