You will be a valued member of the Project Delivery team and work collaboratively with Project Managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, Finance partners, and third-party vendors to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with governance standards.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring of Corporate IT projects across applications, infrastructure, workplace technology, security, and enterprise change initiatives.\nCoordinate project activities, dependencies, resources, and deliverables across multiple project teams and stakeholders.\nMaintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, governance materials, and status reports.\nTrack project milestones, risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely communication and escalation where needed.\nSupport project financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.\nWork model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar project delivery role.\nExperience supporting complex IT projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and project lifecycle management.\nExperience maintaining project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs, and project reporting documentation.\nExperience with project financial management, including invoicing, budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nFamiliarity with Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) processes, tools, or portfolio management frameworks.\nAbility to manage project priorities, dependencies, risks, resources, and performance metrics across multiple initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExperience working with cross-functional technology teams, business stakeholders, Finance teams, Project Managers, and third-party vendors.\nAbility to communicate project status, timelines, risks, dependencies, and financial impacts to diverse audiences.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience supporting projects within the Cards and Payments domain.\nUnderstanding of payment transaction lifecycles and associated operational processes.\nKnowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations within payments environments.\nExperience creating project dashboards, portfolio reports, and executive-level reporting.\nExposure to large enterprise transformation or Corporate IT initiatives.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
