Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite from Day 1. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.\nKey Technical Requirements\n8+ years of overall software development experience\nStrong hands-on Python development\nStrong FastAPI and REST API development experience\nAdvanced SQL/PostgreSQL skills\nHands-on experience with stored procedures and functions\nExperience with Pydantic and importlib\nStrong understanding and implementation of caching\nExperience building reusable Python utilities, modules, or frameworks\nExperience with Excel processing/integration using Python\nStrong debugging and performance optimization skills\nExperience with Git and modern software development practices\nExperience with unit testing, preferably pytest\nExposure to Docker/CI/CD is preferred\nImportant Candidate Requirement\nThis role requires 100% onsite presence in Washington, DC.
