You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automated testing solutions.\nPerform API, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across enterprise applications.\nBuild and maintain robust API automation frameworks and reusable test assets using industry-leading automation tools.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements, identify risks, and ensure complete test coverage.\nManage defect lifecycle activities, including defect analysis, tracking, reporting, and resolution validation.\nContribute to testing standards, quality engineering best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport application monitoring, performance validation, and production quality assurance activities.\nPartner with development and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions.\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nStrong understanding of software testing practices, testing levels, test planning, test script development, and test data creation.\nExperience working within SAFe Agile Framework and Agile delivery environments.\nHands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, JSON, and REST APIs.\nExperience using Azure DevOps for test management, planning, tracking, and delivery activities.\nExperience with performance testing using JMeter and/or K6.\nStrong working knowledge of Java and JSON.\nHands-on experience building and maintaining API automation frameworks using Ready API, Postman, SOAP UI, REST Assured, Java, and Playwright/Selenium.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience using application monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace.\nExperience implementing continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.\nExposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.\nKnowledge of modern test automation architecture and quality engineering best practice.\nExperience mentoring QA engineers and promoting automation-first testing strategies.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
