You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and DevOps teams to improve product quality and accelerate software delivery.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain reusable web automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Selenium with Java.\nImplement functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing solutions across multiple applications and platforms.\nIntegrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\nDevelop and execute test cases, analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams to support timely resolution.\nEstablish test-data strategies, automation standards, reusable components, and quality engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.\nParticipate in requirements reviews, test planning, risk assessments, and release-readiness activities.\nMonitor automation coverage, testing efficiency, defect trends, and quality metrics while driving continuous improvement.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nAt least six years of experience in web application test automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.\nHands-on Java programming experience for developing and maintaining automation frameworks and test scripts.\nExperience with Cucumber and behavior-driven development practices.\nStrong experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.\nDemonstrated ability to design, execute, and maintain test cases based on business and technical requirements.\nExperience analyzing automated test results, investigating failures, documenting defects, and supporting defect resolution.\nExperience building reusable automation components and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience with Cypress or other modern web automation tools.\nExperience integrating automated tests with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.\nExperience with API testing tools and automation frameworks.\nExposure to performance testing and application performance validation.\nHealthcare industry or healthcare application testing experience.\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
