Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n10+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in complex enterprise environments.\nProven experience leading Agile delivery for large-scale platform migrations involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices, including sprint and release planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.\nExperience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Mural, or Planview, along with knowledge of CI/CD practices.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience in Financial Services or Insurance.\nExperience coaching or mentoring Scrum Masters and improving Agile practices across multiple teams.\nExperience using delivery metrics to improve execution and decision-making.\nKnowledge of value-stream delivery, enterprise transformation, technology modernization, or scaled Agile practices.\nExperience with resource forecasting, capacity planning, financial tracking, or program budgets.\nAgile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.\nApplications will be accepted till October 27th, 2026.\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nThe annual salary for this position is between $79,240 to $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.\nBenefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\n· Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance\n· Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off\n· 401(k) plan and contributions\n· Long-term/Short-term Disability\n· Paid Parental Leave\n· Employee Stock Purchase Plan\nDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
