[Global Job...oilerplate | Word]\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.\n5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar Agile delivery role.\nStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.\nScrum Master certification required; SAFe certification preferred.\nProven experience facilitating cross-functional teams and driving Agile adoption.\nExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise Agile environments.\nKnowledge of Agile reporting, metrics, and delivery governance.\nExperience supporting distributed or global teams.\nFamiliarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nExperience facilitating product demonstrations, testing activities, and release planning.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
