The role combines hands-on engineering, L2/L3 production support, technical mentoring, and ownership of critical incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem requests.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable SharePoint and Microsoft-based applications.\nLead complex coding, troubleshooting, performance tuning, database optimization, and solution implementation.\nProvide L2/L3 production support and technical guidance for business-critical applications.\n Own high-priority incident investigation, service restoration, RCA, stakeholder updates, and preventive actions.\nAssess and fulfil complex service requests, ensuring technical accuracy and timely closure.\nManage change requests covering solution design, estimation, impact analysis, development, testing, deployment, and validation.\nDrive problem requests by analyzing trends, identifying root causes, maintaining known errors, and implementing permanent solutions.\nConduct code and design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering, security, and support standards.\nMentor developers, support knowledge sharing, and improve team capability and technical quality.\nCollaborate with architects, analysts, business, infrastructure, QA, operations, security, and vendors.\nRequired Skills:\n6-9 years in application development, maintenance, and support.\nHands-on experience in SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.\nLife Insurance domain knowledge is preferred.\nTechnical: SharePoint Online/Server; ASP.NET; ASP; SQL Server; SQL; architecture; performance tuning; security.\nService Management: L2/L3 support; incident, service request, change request, problem request, release, RCA, SLA, and governance\nDelivery and Professional: Technical mentoring;
