You will be a valued member of the technology team, collaborating with business analysts, technical leads, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Partner with business analysts and technical leads to clarify requirements and define technical solutions.\n· Analyze business needs and prepare technical designs, estimates, and development plans.\n· Develop, review, and enhance applications using AS400 technologies including RPGLE, RPGILE, CLLE, and SYNON.\n· Create and execute unit test plans, resolve defects, and support quality assurance and regression testing activities.\n· Support deployments, production releases, and post-implementation activities to ensure stable and successful solution delivery.\nWork model:\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
