You will design and develop robust automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI-augmented testing approaches to improve delivery outcomes and customer experiences.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based automation frameworks for enterprise applications.\nCreate and enhance Playwright automated test suites covering end-to-end business workflows and cross-browser testing.\nConfigure and optimize Jenkins pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous testing practices.\nPartner with software engineers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.\nAnalyze automation execution results and testing metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nApply AI-assisted testing techniques, including intelligent test selection and automated test data generation.\nDevelop realistic test data and scenarios supporting Property & Casualty Insurance business processes, including underwriting, policy administration, rating, and claims.\nInvestigate complex defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution.\nMentor team members on automation best practices and quality engineering standards.\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong experience developing test automation frameworks using Python.\nExtensive hands-on experience with Playwright automation.\nExperience configuring and supporting Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Continuous Testing methodologies.\nExperience testing APIs, microservices, and enterprise-scale applications.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience working in cross-functional Agile teams.\nProperty & Casualty Insurance domain experience preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI-assisted testing tools and automation practices.\nKnowledge of test data management and synthetic data generation.\nExperience mentoring and guiding quality engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with Git and modern source control practices.\nExperience working in cloud-based environments.\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.\nSalary and Other Compensation\nThe annual salary for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.\nThis position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.\nThe salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
