Leadership\nLead the delivery of Workday integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Financials, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.\nOversee the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\nCollaborate with Engagement Managers to proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.\nDefine integration strategies and implementation approaches aligned with client business objectives.\nEnsure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and architectural standards.\nSolution Oversight & Technical Leadership\nReview and validate integration designs involving Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST and SOAP web services.\nProvide technical leadership and hands-on guidance for complex integration scenarios.\nDrive best practices in integration architecture, error handling, monitoring, and performance optimisation.\nAct as the senior point of escalation for technical delivery challenges.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nBuild trusted relationships with client business and IT stakeholders.\nFacilitate design workshops, solution reviews, and issue resolution sessions.\nEnsure transparent communication of project status, risks, and milestones.\nSupport successful project outcomes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.\nResource & Delivery Management\nManage project resource allocation and utilisation across multiple engagements.\nSupport demand forecasting and workforce planning activities.\nMatch consultant capabilities with project requirements to deliver optimal outcomes.\nPeople Leadership & Development\nMentor, coach, and develop consultants in technical delivery, consulting skills, and client engagement.\nSupport career development through structured feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.\nFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure consistency and quality across all integration deliverables and documentation.\nPromote the adoption of delivery frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of Workday integration delivery practices.\nBusiness Development Support\nSupport solution development, effort estimations, and Statement of Work (SOW) reviews.\nContribute to client proposals, presentations, and solution discussions.\nIdentify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value to clients.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience delivering Workday integration solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.\nProven experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or client engagements simultaneously.\nStrong hands-on expertise with:Workday Studio\nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)\nCore Connectors\nPECI\nRaaS\nREST and SOAP integrations\n\nStrong understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive successful delivery outcomes.\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Integration Certification(s).\nExperience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials implementations.\nExperience supporting pre-sales activities, estimations, and proposal development.\nExperience leading geographically distributed
