The candidate will lead hardware development from architecture through production, working closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.\nKey Requirements\n10+ years of hardware design and development experience\nStrong expertise in analog and digital circuit design\nExperience with FPGA, microprocessors, and microcontrollers\nHands-on experience with mixed-signal systems and sensor interfaces\nStrong knowledge of power supplies, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC, and filters\nExperience with PCB design/review using Altium\nKnowledge of communication protocols: SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, USB, Ethernet\nExperience with signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis\nFamiliarity with SPICE/PSPICE simulations and hardware verification\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills\nExperience with EMI/EMC, environmental testing, DFMEA, and reliability analysis\nPreferred\nExperience in aerospace, nuclear, medical, industrial, or other safety-critical products\nExposure to PCIe, DDR/LPDDR, NAND/NOR Flash\nExperience leading cross-functional engineering teams\nCompensation: - $100,000 to $130,000 + COLA + Performance Bonus + Full benefits.
