We focus on understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions to drive business success.\nWhat you’ll do in the role\nLead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services engagements while ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.\nAct as the primary interface for client stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.\nManage data center hosting operations, infrastructure services, and IT asset lifecycle management.\nLead strategic transformation initiatives focused on modernization, operational efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.\nDrive Continuous Innovation and Improvement (CII) programs using operational metrics, root cause analysis, and best practices.\nChampion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency.\nManage service governance, risks, escalation management, and executive reporting.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nStrong experience in Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management.\nProven experience managing Data Center Hosting and Infrastructure Operations.\nHands-on experience with IT Asset Management and lifecycle governance.\nDemonstrated success delivering Transformation and Modernization Programs.\nStrong background in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.\nExperience driving Automation and process optimization initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nCertifications Required\nPreferred certifications include Project Management\n\nAnnual compensation between $140,000-$155,000 is being offered for this role.\nCognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance\nPaid holidays plus Paid Time Off\n401(k) plan and contributions\nLong-term/Short-term Disability\nPaid Parental Leave\nDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
