You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group and work collaboratively with client data and application owners, and ServiceNow solution architects and developers.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Map authoritative data sources and define which system is the source of truth for each data type flowing into ServiceNow\n· Design integration patterns using Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps\n· Build reconciliation and identification rules that keep CMDB data accurate and prevent duplicate records\n· Define controlled data ingestion and evidence integration patterns that support governance and audit needs\n· Design error handling and monitoring so integrations stay reliable and issues are resolved quickly\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n· Senior-level experience in ServiceNow data and integration architecture\n· Hands-on experience with Service Graph, REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and data reconciliation\n· Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, identification rules, and duplicate prevention\n· Experience defining controlled data ingestion and evidence patterns\nThese will help you stand out\n· ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery or Service Mapping, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)\n· Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Integration Engine, or MID Server-based integrations\n· Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance programs, such as Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or AI Control Tower (AICT)\n· Client-facing consulting experience guiding stakeholders through data quality and integration decisions\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
