You will play a key role in defining solution architectures, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead ServiceNow architecture initiatives from inception through to implementation and ongoing enhancement.\nDesign scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective solution architectures.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert across ServiceNow implementations and integrations.\nProvide architectural leadership across ServiceNow modules and digital workflow solutions.\nDesign and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, platforms, and third-party systems.\nDrive the adoption of reusable architecture assets, frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and solution consistency.\nSupport implementation teams by providing technical direction, design governance, and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead architecture reviews and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.\nProduce architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical artefacts that support implementation and ongoing support activities.\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.\nContribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new ServiceNow capabilities and opportunities to enhance client solutions.\nSkills & Experience\nExtensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.\nProven experience leading ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and integration initiatives.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture principles, and solution design methodologies.\nExperience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that support digital transformation and service optimisation objectives.\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, and platform best practices.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to translate strategic and operational requirements into technical solutions.\nAbility to provide architectural leadership across multiple projects and delivery teams.\nStrong documentation skills, including solution architectures, technical designs, and governance artefacts.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement, consulting, and communication skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering practical, business-aligned outcomes.\nExperience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.\nNext Steps\nIf you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organisation you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
