reference implementations that can be applied across multiple business domains and regions\nReview solution proposals and technical designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards security guidelines and regulatory constraints\nCollaborate with product owners and process owners to prioritize platform capabilities and ensure that solution designs maximize value and user adoption\nOptimize existing ServiceNow implementations by assessing technical debt performance bottlenecks and configuration issues and defining remediation strategies\nDrive integration strategies between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs integration tools and data pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable data exchange\nProvide architectural governance by participating in design reviews change advisory processes and architecture boards ensuring alignment with cloud and platform principles\nMentor engineering and configuration teams on ServiceNow architecture best practices including configuration management scripting data models and workflow design\nDevelop comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams data flows integration specifications and operational guidelines to support ongoing platform operations\nEngage with stakeholders to communicate architectural decisions explain tradeoffs and demonstrate how ServiceNow solutions contribute to organizational values\nQualifications\nRequire extensive experience in ServiceNow Now Platform including modules such as IT service management IT operations management and enterprise service management with proven delivery of complex implementations\nRequire strong background in solution design and architecture for large scale cloud platforms including definition of integration strategies data models and security architectures\nRequire solid experience applying strategic thinking to technology decisions including roadmap development platform consolidation and optimization of total cost of ownership\nRequire prior hands on exposure to configuration and customization of ServiceNow components including workflows scripting forms and service portals to ensure practical and implementable designs\nRequire proven experience working in hybrid work models collaborating with distributed teams and using modern agile delivery practices and tools\nPrefer familiarity with complementary cloud
