The role delivers application changes, resolves incidents, fulfils service requests, supports change implementation, and contributes to continuous improvement while meeting quality and SLA commitments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and support SharePoint, ASP.NET, ASP, SQL Server, and SQL-based applications.\nImplement application enhancements, defect fixes, configuration changes, and technical improvements.\nPerform coding, unit testing, debugging, peer review support, and deployment activities.\nTroubleshoot production incidents and complete diagnosis, resolution, recovery, closure, and documentation.\nFulfil service requests related to application functionality, configuration, user support, access, and data needs\nSupport change requests through impact analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation.\nContribute to problem requests by identifying root causes and implementing permanent corrective fixes.\nMaintain technical documents, support procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\nCollaborate with business users, senior developers, infrastructure, QA, security, and support teams.\nFollow coding, security, release, service-management, and SLA processes.\nRequired Skills:\n3-6 years in application development, maintenance, and support.\nHands-on experience in SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.\nLife Insurance domain knowledge is preferred.\nTechnical: SharePoint Online/Server; ASP.NET; ASP; SQL Server; SQL; debugging; testing; performance basics.\nService Management: Incident, service request, change request, problem request, deployment, RCA, SLA, and knowledge management.\nDelivery &Professional:\nAgile delivery;
