candidates with relevant migration fundamentals and a willingness to learn may also be considered.\n\nHands-on experience building or maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.\n\nBasic development skills in JavaScript or TypeScript; exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph or REST APIs is useful but not mandatory across all areas.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot systematically, test changes carefully and produce clear technical and user documentation.\n\nAbility to work with business users and technical team members to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with source control and basic development practices is helpful;
