The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud data architecture, data warehousing, ELT/ETL pipelines, and performance tuning, along with strong business acumen to translate data requirements into robust solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging Snowflake, ensuring scalability, performance, and security\n Define and implement data models (dimensional & normalized) optimized for analytics and reporting\nBuild and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines using tools such as Snowpipe, dbt, Informatica, or similar\nLead Snowflake platform setup, including\nAccount structure\n Role-based access control (RBAC)Security & governance\nOptimize query performance, cost management, and warehouse sizing within Snowflake\nEstablish data governance, data quality, and metadata management frameworks\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI teams to deliver data-driven solutions\nProvide guidance and best practices on :\nData architecture\nData integration\nData lifecycle management\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues\nStay updated with Snowflake features and recommend improvement\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Skill\nStrong expertise in Snowflake Data Cloud architecture and administration\nMust have DBT\nExperience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GC\nProficiency in SQL and advanced query optimization technique\n Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, Matillion, Azure Data Factory, etc.)\n Knowledge of data modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault)\nExperience with data lakes and hybrid architectures\nFamiliarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in data environments\nPreferred Skills\n Snowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Advanced Architect)\n Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)\nKnowledge of Python / PySpark / Scala\nExposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management\nAbility to lead architectural discussions and mentor teams\nStrategic thinking with attention to detail\n*Please note this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and who can make an impact in a variety of ways.
