You will be a valued member of the data platform team and work collaboratively with Snowflake, security, infrastructure, data engineering, and business intelligence teams to support critical analytics and reporting capabilities.\nIn this role, you will:\nAdminister and optimize the Snowflake platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across enterprise environments.\nManage user access, role-based security, SSO integrations, and governance controls while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor platform health, warehouse utilization, query performance, storage consumption, and cost optimization initiatives.\nPartner with Snowflake and internal stakeholders to coordinate upgrades, feature releases, vulnerability remediation, and platform improvements.\nLead incident resolution, root cause analysis, disaster recovery readiness, and environment consistency across development, testing, and production environments.\nWork model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nHands-on experience administering and supporting Snowflake in enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of Snowflake security architecture, including RBAC, data governance, masking policies, and access management.\nExperience implementing and supporting SSO, SAML, MFA, and identity federation solutions such as Okta or Microsoft Azure AD.\nProficiency in performance monitoring, workload management, query optimization, and Snowflake cost management.\nExperience supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection strategies utilizing Snowflake capabilities such as Time Travel and replication.\nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.\nThese will help you stand out\nSnowflake certifications or advanced Snowflake platform administration expertise.\nExperience supporting highly regulated environments with compliance requirements such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence ecosystems.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
