smooth transition during maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with business analysts and product partners to translate functional requirements into detailed technical solutions that balance performance risk and cost.\nPerform rigorous unit system and regression testing for RPGLE and COBOL 400 components to detect defects early and maintain high production stability.\nMentor less
