The focus is on building and delivering high-quality software with AI embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.\nJob Responsibilities:\nImplement features and technical stories end-to-end including appropriate test coverage.\n\nManage the full pull request lifecycle, including branching, implementation, review, response and merge activities.\n\nWrite unit and integration tests for all implemented features.\n\nConduct code reviews focused on correctness, security and long-term maintainability.\n\nIntegrate AI models and APIs with enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.\n\nFacilitate daily stand-ups at the Senior level, keeping discussions time-boxed, technical, and focused on impediments.\n\nOwn squad-level technical decisions and escalate across-squad concerns to the SWE Lead.\n\nDefine and champion team AI development standards, including prompt engineering practices, output validation protocols, and responsible AI usage guidelines aligned with regulatory requirements (senior).\n\nBuild organization AI literacy through knowledge sharing, demonstrations, and documentation on emerging toils and practices (senior).\n\nCollaborate with QA engineers on acceptance criteria and test scenarios.\n\nEnsure all AI-assisted development adheres to security, data protection, and compliance standards within a regulated financial services environment.\n\nUse AI to assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, API specifications, and code comments to enterprise-grade standards.\n\nParticipate actively in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and team discussions.\n\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum six years of relevant software engineering experience.\n\nHands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic development frameworks as a primary development interface.\n\nPractical experience with automated end-to-end testing frameworks.\n\nProficiency in modern full-stack development across front-end and back-end technologies.\n\nCloud development experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure.\n\nStrong prompt engineering skills with the ability to decompose ambiguous requirements into precise and effective AI task instructions.\n\nProven ability to critically assess, validate and improve AI-generated code rather than relying solely on code generation.\n\nExperience integrating Large Language Model (LLM) APIs into enterprise-grade applications.\n\nDemonstrated track record of building and delivering production applications using AI-augmented development workflows with measurable outcomes.\n\nExperience leading technical workstreams and mentoring team members on AI development practices.\n\nSound judgement in determining when AI-generated outputs require independent human review, particularly in regulated or client-facing environments. \n\nThis position requires proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support day-to-day business communications with Mandarin-speaking
