The role requires evaluating requests against business justification, user role, licence availability and product-specific approval processes before approving, rejecting, fulfilling or routing the request to the appropriate team.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the Global Tech Software and Licensing ServiceNow queue and process software/licence requests.\nReview requests based on the requested product, business justification, requester profile, previous usage, available entitlement and applicable workflow.\nApprove or reject licence requests based on documented licensing and eligibility requirements.\nValidate existing entitlements before assigning additional licences.\nAssign available licences through the appropriate licensing portal and maintain day-to-day portal administration.\nMonitor licence pools and optimise consumption of available entitlements before additional licences are purchased.\nReview licence usage and identify opportunities to optimise licence allocation.\nExport and review user/licence information for auditing and licence validation activities.\nFollow product-specific approval and fulfilment workflows rather than treating all software requests the same way.\nRoute requests requiring specialist approval to the appropriate Governance, application administration, Software Deployment or Service Desk teams.\nEnsure sufficient business justification and supporting information are captured for audit purposes.\nDocument ticket actions, approval rationale and fulfilment information in ServiceNow.\nMaintain product-specific entitlement and approval guidance within operational documentation/playbooks.\nQualifications:\nThe successful candidate will have 5 plus years of experience with the following skills:\nSoftware Licensing Administration\nLicence Assignment and Entitlement Management\nSoftware Licence Optimisation\nServiceNow Request Management\nSoftware Licensing Portals\nLicence Usage and Availability Validation\nSoftware Request Approval/Denial\nBusiness Justification Validation\nLicence Auditing\nSoftware Governance and Approval Workflows\nOperational Documentation\nThe salary range for this role is between $79,000 and $90,000 depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate.
