These AI agents power new customer-facing features for Gen Z and are integrated into a central AI agent that orchestrates conversations, context, and execution across channels and domains.\nYou ensure that innovation in AI aligns with enterprise architecture principles, platform capabilities, and regulatory requirements. You collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, engineers, platform teams, domain architects, and risk stakeholders to guide solutions from concept through to production.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures for domain-specific AI agents\nTranslate business and product intent into scalable architectural designs across channels, AI agents, integration layers, and core systems\nDefine architectural boundaries and interaction patterns between agents, systems, and platforms\nEnsure secure, compliant, and traceable handling of customer data\nAlign solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and platform capabilities\nProvide architectural guidance and support to delivery teams\nEvaluate emerging technologies in conversational AI and agent orchestration\nSafeguard non-functional requirements including security, privacy, resiliency, performance, and explainability\nYour Profile\nYou are a senior Solution Architect with a strong track record in complex enterprise environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on architectural expertise and have the ability to balance innovation with regulatory and operational realities.
