Incident and Problem Management\nResolve incidents within SLAs\n\nManage problem records effectively\n\nIdentify areas for improvement/efficiencies\n\n2. Monitoring\nPerform daily health checks and work with business stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact the customer\n\nIdentify improvements to existing tooling\n\n3. Service\nWork with wider technology teams to impact assess changes being introduce\n\n4.
