Verify and iterate the prototypes to ensure the prototypes cover the end to end functional requirements\nCreate and manage epics & stories to ensure the functional requirements are well documented\nValidate features for functional accuracy and adherence to definition of done\nPartner with Clients in end to end testing and user acceptance testing\nObtaining stakeholder buy-in and signoff on requirements\nMeeting stakeholder need and project budget/time constraints\nCreate business value through the solution proposed and implemented\nLead discussion with the project team to clearly identify results needed to achieve business goals and needs\nProactively suggest process and system improvements which create sustainable business value\nAdhere to change management standards and procedures\nRequired Qualification:\nMBA with 6+ years of proven experience in a Business Analyst Role covering end to end project lifecycle on one or more digital platform\nIndustry knowledge of Digital ecosystems with extensive experience in one or a combination of the following digital platforms for Web Content Management, Mobility, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), E-commerce & Collaboration\nAbility to articulate complex concepts/ requirements in a clear manner\nAbility to structure a large amount of information into detailed business requirements documentation by applying analysis methodologies and using documentation tools: process flows, data analysis, business use cases and user stories\nKnowledge and experience working in an Agile Scrum development process\nAbility to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
