You will work collaboratively with application teams, release management, and client stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and reusable DevOps solutions.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, build, and continuously improve reusable, version-controlled Harness Golden Pipelines supporting development, sign-off, pre-production, and production environments.\nImplement governance, security controls, approval workflows, and deployment standards within Harness pipelines.\nConfigure, support, and troubleshoot Argo CD and Argo Rollouts, resolving deployment and application delivery issues.\nReplace custom scripts and Jenkins-based wrappers with maintainable, low-code solutions that use native Harness capabilities.\nIntegrate DevSecOps tools for Static Application Security Testing, Dynamic Application Security Testing, and Software Composition Analysis into deployment pipelines, while documenting onboarding patterns, standards, and reusable runbooks.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery, release engineering, or a related field.\nHands-on experience designing, building, and improving reusable, version-controlled deployment pipelines using Harness.\nHands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Argo CD and Argo Rollouts.\nExperience replacing custom deployment scripts or Jenkins-based processes with native Harness capabilities.\nExperience integrating DevSecOps tools into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, or SCA solutions.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and communicate effectively with application teams, release management, and client stakeholders.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience with security platforms such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk, or Veracode.\nExperience developing reusable onboarding patterns, deployment standards, and operational runbooks.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across time zones in a distributed team environment.\nExperience implementing pipeline governance, approval workflows, and production deployment controls.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
