You will work collaboratively with product, architecture, security, quality engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to build modern applications and establish strong engineering practices.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, test, and support secure, reliable, and maintainable software aligned with approved architecture and engineering standards.\nDevelop Java/Spring Boot APIs, modern web and PWA capabilities, Azure integrations, data-access components, and containerized workloads.\nBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and quality controls, security checks, branch protections, and repeatable deployment processes.\nApply security-by-design practices across authentication, authorization, secrets management, sensitive data, dependencies, logging, and least-privilege access.\nMentor engineers, provide actionable code-review feedback, and establish reusable engineering patterns and development standards.\nProactively identify technical risks and delivery roadblocks and collaborate with stakeholders to drive resolution.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
