You will be responsible for defining scalable architectures, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of platform capabilities that align with business and technology objectives.\nYou will be a valued member of the Enterprise Platform Services team and work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and leadership teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.\nLocation: Canada\nWork Model: Remote\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements, enterprise architecture standards, and strategic objectives.\nLead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow capabilities across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM.\nDefine and oversee integration strategies between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and cloud technologies.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle, including design reviews and code reviews.\nEstablish architectural standards, governance practices, and development best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs.\nSupport data migration, platform upgrades, deployments, and production stabilization activities.\nPartner with Agile teams to drive successful project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nProven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or ServiceNow Architect delivering enterprise platform implementations.\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, development, and implementation.\nHands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.\nExperience designing scalable cloud-based solutions and enterprise application architectures.\nKnowledge of data migration strategies, platform modernization, and system integration best practices.\nExperience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software delivery processes.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience delivering ServiceNow solutions within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or other advanced ServiceNow certifications.\nExperience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.\nExperience with cloud platforms and modern enterprise integration technologies.\nAbility to influence executive stakeholders and drive technology strategy discussions.\nExperience establishing architecture governance processes and technical standards across enterprise programs.\nWork Model\nThis is a fully remote position based in Canada.
