In Bogota, Colombia.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).\n3+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and at least two additional ServiceNow product lines.\nStrong development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, integrations, and web technologies.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments and across the software development lifecycle.\nAbility to create technical designs, architecture documentation, and effort estimations.\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nThese will help you stand out\nAdditional ServiceNow certifications across ServiceNow product suites.\nITIL Foundation certification or Service Management knowledge.\nExperience serving as a technical lead on enterprise ServiceNow implementations.\nStrong troubleshooting, code review, and performance optimization skills.\nExperience mentoring technical teams and supporting capability development.\nPostgraduate studies related to software engineering, technology, or digital transformation.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
