future.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead end-to-end testing activities across large and complex technology programs.\nDefine and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, schedules, resource models, and governance frameworks.\nManage testing teams, ensuring successful delivery against quality, budget, and timeline commitments.\nDrive defect management, test reporting, risk assessments, and issue resolution activities.\nCollaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals and project objectives.\nEstablish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and testing dashboards to support executive-level reporting.\nSupport automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the testing lifecycle.\nManage testing environments, resource utilization, dependencies, and release readiness activities.\nEnsure compliance with client, regulatory, and organizational quality standards.\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nExtensive experience leading enterprise-level testing and quality engineering programs.\nProven expertise in test strategy development, test planning, execution management, and governance.\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.\nExperience managing distributed testing teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts.\nStrong understanding of defect management, risk management, and quality assurance methodologies.\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.\n Experience managing testing services under Statement of Work (SOW) engagements.\nKnowledge of modern test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.\nRelevant certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, Certified Agile Tester, or similar credentials.\nExperience driving quality transformation initiatives across enterprise
