The ideal candidate will bring hands-on FNZ implementation experience, strong wealth-platform operations knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end testing across complex business and technology environments.\nIn this role, you will lead QA analysts across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing while partnering with business teams, vendors, offshore resources, and program stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the test strategy, planning, and estimation for FNZ platform releases, configuration changes, and upgrade cycles.\nLead a squad of 3-8 QA analysts across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing phases, including offshore and vendor testing teams.\nServe as the primary QA point of contact with FNZ, tracking vendor defects, release notes, and configuration changes while assessing their impact on active delivery.\nDesign end-to-end test coverage across account opening, cash and in-specie transfers, model portfolios, rebalancing, trading and settlement, corporate actions, income, valuations, fees, and client reporting.\nBuild and maintain regression testing packs for platform upgrades and determine which test scenarios should be automated or completed manually.\nPerform SQL-based reconciliations, migration and conversion testing, feed validation, and report-output verification.\nTest APIs and integrations with custodians, market-data platforms, payment systems, CRM platforms, and document-management solutions.\nReview and extend Playwright automation and integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.\nCoordinate UAT activities with operations, adviser support, and front-office teams, including test scripts, testing sessions, and business sign-off.\nLead defect triage and provide quality reporting to program and steering-level stakeholders, maintaining clear visibility into coverage, risk, and release readiness.\nMaintain audit-ready test evidence for internal audit, risk, and regulatory reviews.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrable hands-on experience working with the FNZ wealth-management platform.\nExperience supporting at least one full FNZ implementation, migration, or major platform upgrade.\nStrong knowledge of wealth-platform operations, including account opening, transfers, model portfolios, rebalancing, trading, settlement, corporate actions, valuations, fees, and client reporting.\nExperience leading QA analysts across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.\nStrong SQL skills for reconciliation, migration testing, data conversion, feed validation, and report-output checks.\nExperience testing APIs and third-party integrations using Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.\nExperience reviewing or extending test automation using Playwright.\nExperience integrating testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.\nExperience with defect-management and test-management tools such as Jira, Xray, or ALM.\nAbility to communicate testing risks, quality metrics, coverage, and release readiness to program and steering-level stakeholders.\nExperience maintaining test evidence for audit, risk, or regulatory review.\nKnowledge of financial-services regulations such as Consumer Duty, CASS, MiFID II, or applicable local equivalents.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience coordinating offshore or vendor-based testing teams.\nStrong understanding of integrations involving custodians, market-data providers, payment systems, CRM platforms, and document-management solutions.\nExperience supporting front-office, adviser-support, and wealth-operations teams during UAT.\nStrong stakeholder-management, leadership, and written communication skills.\nWork Location\nThis is a hybrid position based at:\n190 Simcoe Street\nToronto, Ontario\nRemote work is not available for the full duration of the assignment.\nWhy Apply?\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
