The ideal\ncandidate should have strong coordination and communication skills, the ability\nto manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a student-focused approach to ensure\nsmooth academic operations.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nTutor Management: Coordinate with tutors and trainers regarding schedules, availability,classes, and academic requirements.\n\nClass Coordination: Plan and manage class schedules, batch allocation, session timings, andrescheduling whenever required.\n\nStudent Onboarding: Handle student onboarding, collect necessary documents and details,explain course procedures, and ensure a smooth joining experience.\n\nStudent Coordination: Act as a point of contact for students regarding class schedules, courseupdates, attendance, and operational queries.\n\nAttendance Management: Maintain and monitor student and tutor attendancerecords.\n\nBatch Management: Ensure proper batch allocation, class updates, and coordination betweenstudents and tutors.\n\nIssue Resolution: Address day-to-day operational issues related to classes, tutors, andstudents in a timely manner.\n\nRecord Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of student enrolments, tutor details, classschedules, attendance, and other operational data.\n\nInternal Coordination: Work closely with the counselling, academic, and otherinternal teams to ensure seamless coordination from student enrolment to\ncourse completion.\n\nFeedback and Reporting: Collect student feedback, track class progress, andprepare regular operational reports as required.\n\nRequirements\nRequired\nSkills & Qualifications\n·Bachelor's degree in any discipline.\n·1-3 years of experience in operations, academic\ncoordination, student management, or a similar role;
