You will be focused on selling Investigative Intelligence technology to a broad market, which includes State and Local Criminal Investigation Units (Police, Attorney General, OIG’s, etc.), Fusion Centers, Intelligence Units and Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCC’s). You will also work closely with our Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams to facilitate the sales cycle and identify emerging trends and use cases in the Investigative Intelligence market.\nAs a Cognyter, you will:\nPlan, organize, lead sales growth, penetrate new and under-served accounts and maintain customer satisfaction on a long-term basis.\nDevelop and maintain account plans and execute sales strategies aligned with the account plans.\nDemonstrate advanced knowledge and manage State, Local and Federal procurement and contracting processes.\nMeet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.\n Communicate a strong technical understanding of Cognyte’s offerings and know when to engage assistance from pre-sales, engineering, marketing, and senior management.\nRequirements\nFor this mission, you’ll need:\nMinimum of 5 -7 years of proven work experience in SLED and Federal Sales.\nLocated in West Coast Territory. Preferably CA, AZ, UT, CO.\nBachelor’s degree or higher.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nVery good interpersonal and organizational skills.\nDetail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.\nEstablished network of contacts.\nExcellent Presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.\nFluent English\nExperience with sales techniques and tools.\nPrevious experience working in Law Enforcement, Financial and Cyber Investigations teams.\nUS Citizenship Required\nRemember: When you're curious enough, you don't need to check every box to apply. This range represents an estimate of the expected compensation for the position and reflects the anticipated low and high end of the salary range at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, work location, skills, experience, qualifications, and performance.\n\nThe range listed is just one component of Cognyte’s total compensation package for employees.
