Join us!\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team in North America. This isn't a typical management role - we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leads from the front: technically sharp, hands-on, and relentlessly focused on impact. You'll manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers on the front lines of building agentic solutions with Cohere's North platform, balancing technical excellence with the kind of team leadership that actually moves things forward.
