Cohere is deeply invested in ensuring that we have a supportive, growth-oriented environment that works for everyone. \nWhat you'll do:\nWork within Cohere’s established standards, procedures and guidelines in delivering service to staff\nFulfill service requests in a highly customer-service oriented manner\nMonitor, respond to, and escalate service issues in a timely manner\nFollow proper ticketing procedures and best practices\nUse customer service KPI metrics (ex: first response time, time to resolution, etc.) to achieve goals and improve support performance\nImprove existing and develop new documentation for systems and services\nParticipate in training to develop and maintain knowledge in existing and new technologies\nAssist with inventory management and asset tracking\nSupport a remote call center environment\nSupport Systems Administrators with day-to-day activities and projects\nWork with Project Managers to provide technical knowledge and assistance\nPackage and ship IT equipment to assist in onboarding new employees\nWork cross functionally with all departments to assist with IT issues as well as build out systems functionality\nCommunicate complex technical solutions to all levels of management\nProvide integration support for the development and implementation of Enterprise architectures to meet new and evolving client requirements\nProcess onboarding and offboarding of users to various systems, streamlining and documenting existing workflows.ISMS roles and responsibilities\n\nFair understanding of Information Security practices. \nAlign to the organization policies and procedures.\nEnsure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBackground\n2-3 years Mac & PC desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment [university or professional]\nMCP or A+ certification\nSkills\nWorking knowledge of corporate cloud environments with the following systems: Google Workspace, Zoom, AWS, JIRA, Confluence\nExperience in providing desktop support for MAC OS, including support services such as Jamf\nUnderstanding of networking technologies, configurations and security\nExperience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless devices, including iOS and Android\nWorking knowledge of VOIP concepts\nExperience with cloud computing virtual private networking (EC2, AWS) is a plus\nPractical hands on experience assisting internal users with Information Systems and troubleshooting technical issues \nAbility to work with ticketing systems and manage security related incidents\nExperience supporting a remote, distributed workforce\nTraits\nExcellent communication and written skills\nTime management skills and ability to meet deadlines\nAbility to work both independently and within a team\nMust be willing to learn and grow IT skillsets as the business evolves\nUnderstand business implications of decisions and have ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through close attention to detail\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills\nProven ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines\nAbility to learn new MIS systems, implement and support them\nAbility to commute/relocate:\nHyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)\nInterview Process*:\nConnect with Talent Acquisition \nMeet with the Hiring Manager\nBehavioral Interview(s)\nCase Study\nInterview with Senior Leadership\n*Subject to change\nAbout Cohere Health:\nCohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform and agentic AI-powered solutions connect health plans’ strategic goals and providers’ needs, optimizing the speed, cost, and quality of care.
