You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our systems are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.\nYou would design, implement, and manage robust observability solutions across our cloud infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, AWS Cloud Monitoring, Datadog. You should be comfortable working with metrics, logs, and traces, and be able to correlate telemetry data to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve issues.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAutomate deployments and Implement release governance. \nSite Reliability Engineering: Maintain SLAs, SLIs/SLOs. \nImplement observability dashboards & metrics. \nMonitor production systems. \nEnforce security best practices- support audit and compliance activities. \nImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Develop automation scripts and self-healing mechanisms to reduce manual intervention.\nRequired Skills: AWS, Lambda ECS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Okta, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Jenkins.\nSRE Observability Monitoring, Alerting, Incident Management. Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration. \nCreate and maintain runbooks, and knowledge articles.
