In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs-such as platform migrations, architectural modernization, reliability improvements, and major product launches-while defining clear milestones, success metrics, and sequencing plans. You’ll partner deeply with Engineering to proactively manage dependencies, mitigate risk, and ensure technical and business alignment. This role also strengthens our execution systems by improving program transparency, standardizing launch rigor, and translating technical complexity into clear executive-level insights.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead end-to-end delivery of multi-team initiatives (e.g., platform migrations, architectural modernization, reliability improvements, major product launches)\nDefine milestones, critical paths, and measurable success criteria\nBreak ambiguous initiatives into executable phases with clear sequencing\nIdentify and manage cross-team technical dependencies\nProactively surface risks and tradeoffs with mitigation plans\nRun structured risk reviews and escalation processes when needed\nParticipate in technical design discussions to understand architecture and constraints\nEnsure design reviews, capacity planning, and rollout strategies happen early\nCollaborate with EMs and engineers leaders to align on realistic timelines\nEstablish program tracking mechanisms that create transparency without bureaucracy\nStandardize launch readiness, milestone reviews, and postmortem follow-ups\nIdentify systemic delivery bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement\nProvide concise executive updates with clear status, risks, and asks\nMaintain decision logs and documentation for key initiatives\nTranslate technical complexity into business impact\nWhat you’ll need:\nMust-haves\n6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or related roles in high-growth technology companies\n6+ years of experience hands on experience as a software engineer\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe or other delivery frameworks (with pragmatic application)\nDemonstrated experience leading multi-team, multi-quarter technical initiatives\nStrong technical fluency (experience working closely with backend, infrastructure, data, or platform engineering teams)\nAbility to understand system architecture, dependencies, and engineering tradeoffs\nProven track record of driving programs to completion in ambiguous environments\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior engineering leaders\nExcellent english written and verbal communication skills\nExperience implementing program management frameworks, milestone tracking, and risk management systems\nNice-to-haves\nExperience in platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, large-scale migrations, GenAI Integrations, inference infrastructure, data pipelines, model deployment platforms \nWorking knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nExperience in scaling startups\nExperience improving delivery predictability metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, scope control, forecast accuracy)\nExperience supporting compliance, security, or reliability initiatives\nMBA or advanced technical degree\nISMS roles and responsibilities\nGood knowledge of Information practices.\nAssist the manager in all the information security activities implementation and maintenance process.\nEnsuring the team and imparted with Competence related to Information security\nResponsible for implementation of security policies and procedures and report any issues to the Information Security Manager.\nAbility to commute/relocate:\nHyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)\nInterview Process*:\nConnect with Talent Acquisition \nMeet with the Hiring Manager\nBehavioral Interview(s)\nCase Study\nInterview with Senior Leadership\n*Subject to change\nAbout Cohere Health:\nCohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform and agentic AI-powered solutions connect health plans’ strategic goals and providers’ needs, optimizing the speed, cost, and quality of care.
