Reporting into our Senior Manager, PaaS Value Delivery, you will be part of a small, fast-paced team working directly with clients to strategically design, execute, and maintain a robust prior authorization decisioning automation program. Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to assist more patients at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most.\nThis is a remote-first role that may require travel to Boston, MA for new hire onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events.\nWhat you’ll do:\nConsult Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and develop strategic roadmaps\nManage and mentor a team of direct reports, enabling execution, prioritization, and professional development\nEnhance the scale and efficacy of the Forward Deployed Automation Strategy team through process optimization, streamlined analytics framework, and AI tooling.\nPartner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams in scoping new and enhanced product features to meet client automation needs\nTranslate complex client requirements into a detailed technical blueprints for development teams to leverage when implementing new clients\nAnalyze authorization and claims data, leverage data visualization softwares to build and maintain analytical reports that inform internal and external stakeholders on platform performance\nEnsure client’s KPIs are met and ensure end-to-end automation success for the portfolio of clients through each stage of customer lifecycle\nWhat you’ll need:\n8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role\nPassionate about improving U.S. healthcare and patient outcomes; understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations strongly preferred\nComfortable navigating ethical considerations in healthcare data management\nSQL proficiency for complex healthcare datasets; skilled with Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint\nStrong leadership, client management, and communication skills; able to juggle multiple priorities independently in ambiguous, fast-paced settings\nSkilled at cross-functional collaboration and translating problems into product/KPI improvements\nManagement Consulting or HealthTech experience preferred\nBachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred \nPay & Perks:\nFully remote opportunity with about 5% travel\nMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program \n401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings account \nFlex Time Off + company holidays\nUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leave \nPet insurance \nThe salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
