This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role embedded within our Commercial organization. The role blends pricing analysis (~70%) with core FP&A support (~30%), giving you broad exposure to how pricing decisions flow through to budgets, forecasts, and company performance.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop, maintain, and use pricing models to forecast profitability, revenue impact, and margin changes\nPartner with Commercial, Clinical/Operations, and Actuarial teams to develop pricing models and present summaries to senior leadership\nReview deal opportunities, RFP responses, custom pricing structures, and discounting frameworks, providing clear recommendations to the pricing leader and Finance leadership\nAnalyze the cost impact of process and product improvements and incorporate them into financial and pricing models\nAssist with organization-wide strategic projects and provide scenario modeling, serving as a subject matter resource for pricing inputs and assumptions\nGather and compile data from internal systems to monitor financial performance, key metrics, and client profiles\nSupport budget and forecast preparation for the Sales and Marketing organizations, partnering with budget owners to build credible, data-backed plans\nUtilize Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) to manage planning cycles, scenario modeling, and financial reporting with efficiency and accuracy\nApply AI-powered analytics tools to automate routine tasks, surface insights faster, and continuously improve the quality of financial output\nWhat you’ll need:\n2-5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or FP&A\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain complex pricing models\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills\nComfortable working across both Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Office products\nExperience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes (hands-on contribution is sufficient; full ownership of a planning cycle is not required)\nClear, confident communicator who can present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders in a concise, actionable way\nHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables across functions in a fully remote environment\nAvailability to work during core U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central time overlap preferred)\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nExperience with SaaS or BPO pricing structures (per-member-per-month, per-transaction, tiered or volume-based, and success/outcome-based fees)\nFamiliarity with the healthcare industry or medical billing and reimbursement models, particularly utilization management (prior authorization) and payment integrity\nHands-on experience with Adaptive Insights / Workday Adaptive Planning\nExposure to AI-assisted analytics or business intelligence tools (Claude, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)\nMBA, CPA, or CFA a plus\nPay & Perks:\nFully remote opportunity with about 5% travel\nMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program \n401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings account \nFlex Time Off + company holidays\nUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leave \nPet insurance \nThe salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
