You will implement scalable data solutions built on AWS, Apache Iceberg, Lake Formation, Glue Catalog, Athena, dbt, and modern orchestration frameworks. This role combines strong hands-on engineering with collaboration across platform, analytics, and business teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nData Engineering Delivery\nDeliver complex data engineering projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams\nDrive technical execution from design through production deployment\nImplement scalable data patterns and reusable frameworks\nDesign and implement batch and near-real-time pipelines\nBuild reusable ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing frameworks\nSupport modernization of legacy workloads\nContribute to Apache Iceberg implementation and optimization\nApply standards for schema evolution, partitioning, compaction, and metadata management\nEnsure efficient storage and query performance\nImplement data quality frameworks and validation layers\nSupport observability and monitoring practices\nContribute to operational excellence and reliability improvements\nParticipate in architecture and design discussions\nConduct and participate in code reviews\nMentor junior engineers and share best practices\nISMS roles and responsibilities\nGood knowledge of Information security\nOversee specific business processes within the ISMS.\nResponsible to manage the ISMS documentation, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk treatment plans.\nRisk Owners are responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within their areas of responsibility.\nThey are also responsible for implementing risk treatment plans.\nConduct the BCP and other test related to information security continuity along with CISO\nResponsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the ISMS.\nResponsible for implementation of security policies and procedures and report any issues to the CISO.\nWhat you’ll need:\n 5+ years of Data Engineering experience\nExperience contributing to enterprise-scale data initiatives\nAWS S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation\nIAM and security controls\nApache Iceberg (preferred)\nDelta Lake / Hudi\ndbt\nAirflow or Step Functions\nPython\nSQL\nPySpark / Spark\nAbility to commute/relocate:\nHyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)\nInterview Process*:\nConnect with Talent Acquisition \nMeet with the Hiring Manager\nBehavioral Interview(s)\nCase Study\nInterview with Senior Leadership\n*Subject to change\nAbout Cohere Health:\nCohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform and agentic AI-powered solutions connect health plans’ strategic goals and providers’ needs, optimizing the speed, cost, and quality of care.
