operational needs of Elyson, including facilities, amenities, parks, pools, landscaping, and other community assets.\nLead preventive maintenance efforts and ensure repairs, recurring maintenance needs, and service concerns are tracked through resolution.\nManage operational calendars, special projects, inspections, and other activities that keep the community running smoothly.\nRespond to community concerns with strong follow-through, coordinating the right internal or external resources and maintaining clear documentation.\nManage Vendors, Assets & Risk\nVet vendors, service providers, and contractors and manage bid, selection, and performance processes.\nConduct routine community inspections to identify maintenance needs, operational issues, and potential risks.\nOversee daily maintenance and long-term care of community assets, including landscaping, pools, and similar facilities.\nMonitor vendor and contractor performance, address service gaps, and recommend improvements to quality, efficiency, and cost control.\nSupport Governance & Financial Stewardship\nSupport Board and community meetings through reporting, presentations, documentation, and operational updates.\nMaintain working knowledge of governing documents, community guidelines, covenant accountability, and architectural processes.\nReview and understand financial statements, budgets, and expenses and be comfortable presenting financial information and recommendations.\nMaintain accurate association records and ensure operational documentation is organized, current, and accessible.\nBuild Strong Community Partnerships\nPartner with residents, Board members, committees, developers, commercial owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and build trust.\nCommunicate difficult information clearly and professionally while helping stakeholders understand options, expectations, and next steps.\nEncourage constructive dialogue and collaboration when priorities or perspectives differ.\nHelp create a community experience where residents feel welcomed, heard, valued, and connected.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5-7 years of progressively responsible experience leading facilities, parks and recreation, large-scale master-planned community operations, or a closely related operational environment.\nProven experience overseeing facilities, amenities, maintenance, vendors, contractors, or other physical assets.\nExperience building structure, processes, and systems within a complex or fast-moving operation.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, create accountability, and develop others.\nStrong financial understanding, including budgets, financial statements, expense management, and operational planning.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the judgment to handle difficult conversations professionally.\nCommunity association management experience preferred.\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for meetings, events, or operational needs.\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off-site programs, meetings, or business needs.\nAbility to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and be on foot for extended periods.\nProficiency with Microsoft
