Join us!\nAbout the Role\nCohere is in a unique and exciting position to grow our G&A team globally! We are expanding our Talent Team and are looking for a creative, high-performing G&A talent partner who is eager to take on a new challenge as we are in the early stages of building the Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will master a new domain of recruiting, recruit world-class talent, and influence the scaling of a high-growth Canadian tech company. If you consider yourself resilient, collaborative, influential, and a lifelong learner, we’d love to hear from you!\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an intermediate Talent Partner for Cohere, you will:\nOwn the full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for G&A (Legal, Finance, Marketing, People, etc.) at Cohere.\n\nMake sure our candidates have a world-class recruiting experience with us.\n\nWork with hiring managers and leaders to create effective recruiting strategies.\n\nKeep us up-to-date with talent market and industry insights so we can make informed decisions.\n\nKeep track of recruiting funnels in Ashby our ATS, and update the progress regularly.\n\nFind creative ways to proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the top of the funnel.\n\nBuild relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.\n\nBring in other exciting talent projects and take ownership of them!\n\nAttend and represent our Talent Acquisition team at industry conferences as well as plan and execute curated networking events.\n\nWho You Are\n3-7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (experience at startups is a plus).\n\nYou are a creative problem solver and thrive under pressure.
