The successful candidate will help track project financials, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and performance metrics while developing accurate and timely reports for management.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities\nCollect, organize, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources.\nMaintain project schedules, action-item logs, risk registers, and status reports.\nPrepare recurring project updates, dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.\nTrack project progress against schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.\nIdentify schedule variances, cost trends, resource constraints, and potential risks.\nSupport project managers with forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.\nAssist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, project commitments, and expenditures.\nCoordinate data inputs from Engineering, Operations, Materials, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions.\nPrepare meeting materials, presentations, action items, and follow-up communications.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is current and accessible.\nSupport project changes by tracking scope, schedule, cost, and deliverable updates.\nDevelop ad hoc analyses and reports to support project decisions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and project execution.\nSupport lessons-learned activities and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEducation & Experience\nThis position is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate with strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Any relevant work experience is a plus.\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.\nSkills\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data organization.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work effectively with technical and nontechnical team members.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nSafety Requirements\nAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
