Duties & Responsibilities\nProvides leadership and guidance to assigned plant facility team including hiring, training, development, and performance management plans.\nEnsures site has on-call response and daily facilities checklist is completed even on holidays and weekends for 24/7/365 coverage.\nDaily coordination of facilities related maintenance activities.\nSupports in the execution of facility related projects, ranging from general facilities maintenance and upgrades/retrofits to complete building construction.\nServes as a technical resource providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance on any facility or related equipment issues.\nVerifies major facility equipment breakdowns are properly diagnosed and accurately corrected.\nAssists the development of preventative maintenance (PMs), standard operating procedure (SOPs), spare parts, work orders, energy control procedure (ECPs), and facility equipment documentation.\nWorks with all departments to identify and prioritize facility related issues and projects.\nReviews new or replacement production equipment impacts to facility infrastructure.\nSeeks infrastructure and equipment improvements by identifying and evaluating alternatives.\nEnsures compliance with safety standards, building codes, health and safety standards, and any other compliance regulations.\nEducation & Experience\nAS/AAS degree in engineering/technical vocation preferred or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in facility equipment maintenance.\nStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, BAS, HVAC, and plumbing systems.\nExperience working with regulatory and compliance laws related to facilities, buildings, assets, and safety.\nSkills\n\n Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to maintenance, department leaders, other managers, third-party vendors, and contractors.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to manage multiple projects and priorities at same time.\nKnowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations and their impacts to facility equipment and projects.\nMust be able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nMust be flexible, willing, and able to respond to emergencies as needed to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.\nAbility to build, model, lead, motivate, and influence effectively using I CARE values (Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability,
