Ensure 3PLs are always on target for in-bounds, receiving, and out-bound expectationsEnd to end ownership of all Americas same day and next day delivery \nInventory handling control, including daily reconciliation and cycle count activities\nResolve day to day operational issues at all 3rd party warehouse locations\n\nResponsible to help build, implement, maintain and document 3PL SOP’s/SOW’s\nLead efforts to drive continuous improvement in Warehouse Operations\nEnsure local distribution process and systems are compliant with Quality\nEstablish and drive deliverables that actualize commitments in the Annual planning and Budgeting processes.\nDevelop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for Americas logistics and distribution.\nResponsible to help build and maintain excellent partnerships with our vendors.\nManage all aspects of the relationship of 3PL partners to deliver quality, safety, service and cost goals\nProactively manage the 3PL KPIs against industry benchmarks and actively drive logistics performance towards best-in-class levels\nContinually evaluate 3PL partners against best practice standards\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar disciplines\nExcellent supervisory, communication, and organizational skills\nAt least 6+ years of leadership experience in warehouse management\nExperience in supply chain management, logistics, and carrier management\n3+ years of experience in program management, logistics, reverse logistics, warehousing 3PL management, supply chain, or transportation \nOracle R12 knowledge a plus\nExperience with data mining and data analysis\nPractical application of program management methodology including PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen\nExperience handling changing priorities and using good judgment when working in stressful situations\nDemonstrable problem-solving, mathematic, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment\nDemonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization\nDemonstrated experience communicating data insights to others, including use of data visualization tools\nSafety Requirements\nAll employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
